Delete your Thrive account

Thrive is made by Dineri (Alexandre Martins). You can delete your Thrive account and its data at any time.

In the app

Open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. The deletion happens straight away.

Without the app

Email management@dineri.info from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Thrive account”. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. If you signed up with Apple’s “Hide my email”, write from that Apple account, or tell us the relay address.

What is deleted

It is a real deletion, not a deactivation: your profile, messages, matches, photos, voice recordings, reflections, scores and game history are all removed.

What is kept

Some things necessarily survive in a form that is no longer about you: a message you sent stays in the other person’s conversation, and a photo added to an event’s shared roll stays with that event. A subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions; deleting the account does not cancel it.
